In the beginning . . .
The Plainfield Federation of Churches (PFC) came together in the early 1970’s. One of its first ministries was to organize the Weekday Religious Education program (WRE). The Federation continues its tradition of sponsoring community Thanksgiving and Good Friday services.
Since it’s inception, the Plainfield Federation of Churches has grown to encompass these other ministries listed in this site while serving people as the Son of God, Jesus Christ, instructs in his word, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation” Mark 16:15.
